Warm Pears with Feta & Cranberries
Roasted pears are drizzled with a touch of sweetness, then combined with tangy feta cheese and cranberries.

You will need

307 g Feta Cheese, cumbled

960 g Cream Cheese

168 g Honey
-
242 g Dried Cranberries
-
9 g Thyme
-
9 g Rosemary
Method
- Open the can of Dole Pear Slices in Water, drain and discard liquid. Lay pear slices side-by-side on a parchment lined sheet pan and set aside.
- Preheat convection oven to 450°F/232°C
- Whip the cream cheese in a stand mixer, using the whip attachment, on medium for about 3 minutes. Scrape down the sides of the mixing bowl and add the crumbled feta cheese, honey, dried cranberries, dried thyme and dried rosemary. Mix to combine.
- Pipe strips of the cheese over top of the pears using a piping bag.

Bake in the oven until the cheese is golden brown, approximately 12-14 minutes.
