1 can Fruit Salad in Juice

156 g Chicken Thighs, fully cooked

170 g Red Bell Pepper, diced

80 g Cilantro, chopped

118 mL Lime Juice

51 g Tex-Mex Seasoning
Method
- Open can of Dole Fruit Salad in Pear Juice, drain and discard juice. Place in a large bowl and add cooked chicken.
- Wash, seed and dice peppers and add to bowl.
- Wash, dry and chop cilantro and add to bowl.
- Add lime juice and Tex-Mex seasoning and gently mix to combine all ingredients.
