Spiced Apple & Oat Pancakes
These delicious pancakes combine the goodness of oats with the warm flavors of fall spices and juicy apples. They're a healthy and satisfying way to fuel your mornings.

You will need

8 g Cinnamon

5 g Nutmeg

2 g Cloves

900 g Complete Pancake Mix

240 g Oats

120 mL Cooking Oil
Method
Wash hands before beginning preparation and sanitize surfaces/equipment.
- Preheat griddle to 375°F/190°C
- Open the can of Dole Apple Slices in Water, drain and reserve water. Dice apples into ½” pieces and place into a bowl.

Add the ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg and ground cloves and stir
to coat fruit. Set aside. - Combine the complete pancake mix and oats in a separate bowl. Add reserved water and mix until just combined. Add the diced apple and stir to combine.
- Oil griddle and portion 2oz of pancake batter per pancake. Cook for approximately 2 minutes or until golden edges are formed, flip and cook for an additional 1 minute, or until firm.
