Pear, Sausage & Butternut Squash Sheet Roast

Method
- Open can(s) of Dole Pear Slices in Fruit Juice, drain and dice into 1” pieces.
- Preheat convection oven to 200°C/400°F.
- Combine frozen ground turkey sausage, diced butternut squash, diced Dole Pear in Fruit Juice, diced red onion, diced peppers, black pepper, salt, dried basil, dried oregano and cooking oil in a large bowl.

Spread the mixture evenly on parchment lined baking sheets and bake in a 200°C/400°F oven and cook until the turkey sausage is at an internal temperature of 74°C/165°F and vegetables are tender, approximately 25 minutes.
