2 oz Mezcal

2 1/2 oz Pineapple Juice

2 fl oz Coconut Water

1/2 oz Lime Juice

1/2 fl oz Agave Syrup

3 dashes Bitters

Method
- Combine ingredients in cocktail shaker with ice
- Shake vigorously for 10 seconds
- Pour into serving glass
