Fall Chopped Salad with Pear, Bacon & Feta

This satisfying salad features crisp lettuce with the sweet and juicy notes of pears, balanced by the salty richness of bacon and crumbles of creamy feta.

You will need

  • 750 g Romaine Lettuce, washed and chopped
  • 123 g Radish, diced
  • 250 g Red Onion, diced
  • 375 g Bacon, fully cooked bits
  • 121 g Dried Cranberries
  • 250 g Feta Cheese, crumbled
  • 500 mL Prepared Dressing

Method

  1. Wash, chop and dry the Romaine lettuce.
  2. Dice Radish and Red Onion.
  3. Open can(s) of Dole Pear Slices in Juice, drain and dice into
    1” pieces.
  4. Measure out Fully Cooked Bacon, Dried Cranberries and Crumbled Feta Cheese into a large bowl.
  5. Add to the bowl the Romaine, Radish, Red Onion and Dole Pear Slices in Juice and toss all ingredients together.
  6. Serve with 20ml prepared dressing.
