You will need

1 can Fruit Salad in Juice

170 g Red Bell Pepper, diced

80 g Cilantro, chopped

40 g Mint, chopped

118 mL Sesame Oil

118 mL Apple Cider Vinegar
Method
- Open can of Dole Fruit Salad in Pear Juice, drain and discard juice and place in a bowl.
- Wash, seed, and dice peppers and add to bowl.
- Wash, dry and chop cilantro and add to bowl.
- Wash, dry and chop fresh mint and add to bowl along with the sesame oil and apple cider vinegar.
- Gently toss to combine all ingredients.
