Asian Fruit Salsa

Dole's Asian Fruit Salsa is a versatile condiment that adds a burst of flavor to grilled meats, seafood, or even serves as a refreshing dip with tortilla chips.

You will need

  • 1 can Fruit Salad in Juice
  • 170 g Red Bell Pepper, diced
  • 80 g Cilantro, chopped
  • 40 g Mint, chopped
  • 118 mL Sesame Oil
  • 118 mL Apple Cider Vinegar

Method

  1. Open can of Dole Fruit Salad in Pear Juice, drain and discard juice and place in a bowl.
  2. Wash, seed, and dice peppers and add to bowl.
  3. Wash, dry and chop cilantro and add to bowl.
  4. Wash, dry and chop fresh mint and add to bowl along with the sesame oil and apple cider vinegar.
  5. Gently toss to combine all ingredients.
