226 g Cilantro

1800 g Salsa, prepared
Method
- Open the can of Dole Apricot Halves in Juice and drain. Dice the apricots into 1/2” pieces.
- Wash, dry and chop the cilantro. Add to the apricots along with the prepared salsa. Combine and refrigerate at 4°C/40°F until ready to use.
