We transform waste pineapple leaves into Pinatex, a luxurious plant-based leather embraced by premium brands. Similarly, banana stems find new life as sustainable fibers for fashionable clothing through our partnership with Musa Fabric.
Establishing Sierra Tropical
This new pineapple source launched commercial production in 2022, creating jobs and improving living conditions for the local community through our business practices.

This startup fund has empowered 280 startups and currently supports 29 active projects focused on strategic innovation and sustainability partnerships.
