Vous aurez besoin

  • 1 tsp Ground Ginger
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper, peppercorns
  • 1 tsp Ground Turmeric
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 oz Lemon Juice

Méthode

  1. Heat pineapple juice in a medium pot over medium heat
  2. Add spices and bring it to a simmer. Cook for 7 minutes
  3. Remove from heat and strain mixture into a pitcher. Discard peppercorns
  4. Stir in lemon juice and chill for 3 hours
  5. Serve over ice
