This Autumn Pear Cobbler features juicy pears baked to perfection, topped with a flaky and golden brown biscuit crust.

520 g Biscuit Mix

Méthode
- Open the can of Dole Pear Slices in Water and drain. Place pear slices and brown sugar in a rondeau or skillet and sauté until the sugar is meted. Pour into a greased G/1 hotel pan.
- Preheat convection oven to 162°C/325°F.
- Melt the margarine on low heat and set aside.

Combine the biscuit mix, milk and nutmeg in a stand mixer and mix on low speed until combined, approximately 2 minutes. Add the melted margarine and mix for an additional minute. Pour biscuit mixture over the pear slices and bake, uncovered in a 162°C/325°F convection oven for 45-50 minutes. Crust should be an even golden brown.
