A dreamy combination that starts with a cream cheese base, topped with DOLE Pizza Wedges and desiccated coconut, drizzled with a decadent rum caramel sauce.

Méthode

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
  2. Fole the cream cheese and toasted coconut together in a mixing bowl and spread evenly over the pizza base.
  3. Top pizza evenly with pineapple.
  4. Bake for 3 minutes till sauce is bubbling and pineapple is golden and beginning to caramelize.
