Pear & Vanilla Oat Bake

280 mL Liquid Eggs

246 mL Maple Syrup

Méthode
- Open can of Dole Pear Slices in Juice. Drain and discard liquid. Puree pears and set aside.
- Melt the margarine over medium low heat.
- Preheat convection oven to 176°C/350°F.
- Whisk together the pear puree, melted margarine, eggs, maple syrup, milk and vanilla in a large bowl.
- Mix the oats, cinnamon, baking powder and salt together in a separate bowl.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir to thoroughly combine.

Divide mixture into 2 greased G/N 1/1 pans. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes until firm and internal temperature has reached 165°F/74°C
