Asian Peach & Turkey Sauté with Sesame & Soya

Méthode
- Defrost the frozen boneless, skinless turkey breast overnight in the refrigerator. Once defrosted, cut turkey breast into bite sized pieces and place in a bowl. Season with powdered ginger, onion, garlic and set aside.
- Open can(s) of Dole Peach Slices in Juice, drain and set aside.
- Whisk together the honey, soya sauce and corn starch in a bowl, and set aside.

Heat oil in a rondeau or tilt skillet on medium high heat and add the turkey mixture. Sauté until the turkey is fully cooked at an internal temperature of 74°C/165°F. approximately 10 minutes.
