Asian Peach & Turkey Sauté with Sesame & Soya

This easy-to-make dish is perfect for a weeknight dinner that's bursting with Asian-inspired flavors.

  • 2.26 kg Turkey Breast, boneless, skinless
  • 21 g Ginger, dried powder
  • 21 g Onion, dried powder
  • 21 g Garlic, dried powder
  • 118 mL Cooking Oil
  • 89 mL Honey
  • 118 mL Soya Sauce
  • 40 g Cornstarch
  • optional Sesame Seeds

Méthode

  1. Defrost the frozen boneless, skinless turkey breast overnight in the refrigerator. Once defrosted, cut turkey breast into bite sized pieces and place in a bowl. Season with powdered ginger, onion, garlic and set aside.
  2. Open can(s) of Dole Peach Slices in Juice, drain and set aside.
  3. Whisk together the honey, soya sauce and corn starch in a bowl, and set aside.
  4. Heat oil in a rondeau or tilt skillet on medium high heat and add the turkey mixture. Sauté until the turkey is fully cooked at an internal temperature of 74°C/165°F. approximately 10 minutes.

  5. Add the peach slices, honey, soya and corn starch mixture and sauté for an additional 3 minutes.
