- Open the can of Dole Apricot Halves in Juice and pour entire contents into a G/n 1/1 hotel pan along with the frozen cherries.
- Preheat convection oven to 163°C/325°F.
- Combine the brown sugar, cornstarch, salt and vanilla in a bowl. Pour over the apricot and cherry mixture and toss to coat.

Combine the graham crumb mix and melted margarine in a separate bowl. Sprinkle over top of the fruit mixture and bake, uncovered in a 163°C/325°F convection oven
