This Apricot, Cherry, and Graham Crumble combines the vibrant flavors of apricots and cherries with a simple, crunchy graham cracker topping. It's a fuss-free dessert that's sure to become a family favorite.

  1. Open the can of Dole Apricot Halves in Juice and pour entire contents into a G/n 1/1 hotel pan along with the frozen cherries.
  2. Preheat convection oven to 163°C/325°F.
  3. Combine the brown sugar, cornstarch, salt and vanilla in a bowl. Pour over the apricot and cherry mixture and toss to coat.
  4. Combine the graham crumb mix and melted margarine in a separate bowl. Sprinkle over top of the fruit mixture and bake, uncovered in a 163°C/325°F convection oven
    for 30 - 35 minutes.
